1. Conditions, other, 1. Complete the DWI court program. Obey all rules of DWI court.
2. Appear for Judicial reviews as directed by the court or probation.
3. Do not use alcoholic beverages, non-prescribed drugs, and or any substance listed on the ETG agreement.
4. Submit to random drug and alcohol testing as directed by probation and/or law enforcement at any time in this program.
5. You must attend at least three treatment, aftercare, or community support meetings per week.
6. You are only allowed to use one hospital, one prescribing primary physician, one psychiatrist or mental health professional ( if needed) and one pharmacy.
7. You must be home during a 8 hour curfew as determined by probation. You must be home and available for a visit and random testing by probation and/or law enforcement during your curfew. You may not be absent from your home during curfew hours without the permission of your probation officer or the Court. You are also subject to a search of your home to confirm you do not have alcohol or prohibited substances in your possession.
8. Have no arrest supported by probable cause for any new offense.
9. Complete a Cognitive skills program, if later recommended by the DWI court.
10. Complete 30 days of Remote Electronic Alcohol Monitoring (REAM) each year of your probationary period., 09/19/2025
