1. Enter and successfully complete Drug Court, - Obey all Rules of Drug Court. You will remain In custody until programming has been arranged by the Treatment Court Team. Your first Drug Court appearance is 10/06/2025 at 2:00 PM Court Room 857, 09/29/2025
2. Cognitive skill training, - Including any further related evaluation,programming or aftercare as directed by Probation, 09/29/2025
3. Attend Support Groups as Directed by Probation, 09/29/2025
4. Random testing, - If there is a Positive test, or a Refusal to submit to testing, or tampering of any kind with the sample or test, Probation may require you to enter Treatment and or complete a Comprehensive Assessment with Probation as collateral. Follow all Recommendations as Directed.
You must be available for home visits and random testing by Probation and/or law enforcement at any time in this program. You must also allow a brief search of your home to confirm that you do not have alcohol and prohibited substances in your home. A curfew may be imposed., 09/29/2025

You are also subject to a search of your home to confirm you do not have alcohol or prohibited substances in your possession.
- If you are absent from the Drug Court program for more than 60 days you will be Suspended and must petition to be reactivated. Participants are terminated from Drug court if absent more than one year.
