1. Conditions, other, Enter and Complete the Drug Court program; Obey all rules of Drug Court. You cannot opt out; Complete the following treatment, program, aftercare, and support group recommendations from those evaluations: Substance Use Disorder Assessment, Restorative Justice, Cognitive Skills, and Community Support Groups. Complete any treatment or programming you are currently involved in; Appear for bi-weekly judicial review until further notice. You must be on time; You must be available for home visits and random testing by Probation and\or law enforcement. You also must allow a brief search of your home to confirm that you do not have alcohol or prohibited substances in your home. The Court may impose a curfew; You are only allowed to use one hospital, one prescribing primary physician, one psychiatrist or mental health professional (if needed) and one pharmacy; During Phase 5 you will be required to pay a Drug Court participant fee of $100.00 before graduating Model Drug Court; Attend your first drug court appearance on March 31, 2025 at 10:00am., 03/25/2025
