1. Enter and successfully complete Drug Court, Obey all rules of Drug Court. You also must allow a brief search of your home to confirm that you do not have alcohol or prohibited substances in your home. > The Court may impose a curfew. > Do not use any alcohol, non-prescribed mood-altering drug, or illegal drug. > Comply with testing as Drug Court requires. > Take all prescribed medication as directed; provide a list of all prescribed medication to probation and sign all necessary releases of information to allow probation to confirm any prescription. > You are only allowed to use one hospital, one prescribing primary physician, one psychiatrist or mental health professional (if needed) and one pharmacy. > During Phase 5 you will be required to pay a Drug Court participant fee of $100.00 before graduating Model Drug Court. > Have no contact (e.g. in-person, telephone, mail, e-mail, text message, social media, through third parties, etc.) with the victim and stay three blocks away from their residence, work and school. > When permitted by your probation officer, obtain suitable employment or pursue a course of study or vocational training as directed by probation. Obey all laws, including local ordinances. > Do not use, possess, or transport any firearms or ammunition or explosives. You cannot reside anywhere where a firearm is present. > Provide a DNA sample as required by law. * Note: Participants who are absent from the Drug Court program for more than 60 days are suspended and must petition to be reactivated.
