1. Conditions, other, Enter and complete the DWI court program. Obey all rules of DWI court. You will remain in custody until programming has been arranged by the Treatment Court Team. Appear for judicial reviews as directed by the court or probation. Do not use alcoholic beverages, non prescribed drugs, or any substance listed on the ETG Agreement. Submit to random drug and alcohol testing by Probation and/or law enforcement at any time in this program. Complete substance use disorder assessment with probation as a collateral. Follow all recommendations for treatment and aftercare. You must attend at least three treatment, aftercare or community support meetings per week. You are only allowed to use one hospital, one prescribing primary physician, one psychiatrist or mental health professional (if needed) and one pharmacy. Do not frive a vehicle unless it has an igntion interlock installed for the time period required by DVS. Curfew: You must be home during an 8 hour curfew determined by probation. You must be home and available for a visit and random testing by probation and/or law enforcement during your curfew. You may not be absent from your home during curfew hours without the permission of your probation officer or the court. You are also subject to a search of yoru home to confirm you do not have alcohol or prohibitted substances in your posession. Complete Victim impact panel.
