6. No alcohol/controlled substance use, - or any Substance listed on the ETG Agreement -With the exception of prescribed medications., 10/24/2024
7. Random testing, - If there is a Positive test, a Refusal to submit to testing, or Tampering of any kind with the sample or the test, then Probation may require you to enter Treatment and/or Complete a Comprehensive Assessment with Probation as collateral and follow all Recommendations

11. Follow all Conditions set forth in the Probation Agreement, - You must be available for home visits and are subject to a search of your home to confirm you do not have alcohol or prohibited substances in your possession.
- The court may impose a curfew.
- Submit to Random drug and alcohol testing as directed by Probation and/or Law Enforcement at any time in this program.
