The appropriate level of contact and supervision will be determined by Probation Officer. Complete intake process at the recommended outpatient sex offender treatment program and follow all recommendations for specific treatment program. In addition complete a psychosexual course on sexual education, healthy sexuality and boundaries. In accordance with Federal Interstate compact Rules, probationers convicted of a sex offense may not leave the state of Minnesota, even if their residence is out of state, without approved reporting instructions and a travel permit from Hennepin County Probation. All transfer documents must be signed in the probation office before reporting instructions are requested from the receiving state. Do not go to or loiter around shopping malls, schools, playgrounds, arcades, pools, and places where children congregate, unless approved by Probation Officer.
